Returns & Refunds Policy
Overview
Due to the nature of regulated products, all firearm and ammunition sales are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Firearms (Regulated Items)
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted on firearms once an order is placed.
Under federal law (ATF regulations):

Firearms may only be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL)

Once a firearm has shipped to an FFL, it cannot be returned to inventory or resold as new

Firearms that have been transferred to the buyer are non-returnable under all circumstances
If a firearm is damaged during shipping or arrives defective, the issue must be addressed before transfer with the receiving FFL. Manufacturer warranties apply where applicable.
Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final.
Returns or exchanges are not permitted due to safety, liability, and federal shipping regulations.
Optics, Gear & Outdoor Products (Non-Regulated Items)
Non-regulated items (optics, tactical gear, accessories, and outdoor goods) may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if:

In original packaging

In resalable condition
Returns require proof of purchase and prior approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders for firearms or ammunition cannot be canceled once placed. Non-regulated items may be canceled prior to shipment.
Background Check Denials
If a firearm transfer is denied by the receiving FFL or background check:

The firearm will be returned to the distributor or manufacturer

The customer may be responsible for return shipping, restocking, and transfer fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Legal Compliance
All sales are conducted in accordance with:

Ohio state law

Applicable state and local laws of the receiving FFL and purchaser
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their local laws.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds (non-regulated items only) will be issued to the original payment method after inspection. Processing times vary by financial institution.
