Frontier Armament

1. Eligibility to Purchase
You must be legally eligible under federal law, Ohio law, and your state of residence to purchase firearms, ammunition, or regulated items. Firearms may only be purchased by individuals 21 years or older (or 18 where federally permitted for long guns).
2. Firearm Sales & FFL Transfers
All firearms are shipped only to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Customers must select an FFL dealer during checkout. Firearms will not ship until:
Payment is confirmed
A valid FFL is on file
All compliance requirements are met
3. Background Checks
All firearm transfers require a background check conducted by the receiving FFL in accordance with ATF regulations and Ohio law. Frontier Armament does not control approval or denial decisions.
4. State & Local Restrictions
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with their state and local laws. Frontier Armament reserves the right to cancel or modify orders that violate applicable restrictions.
5. Order Cancellations & Refunds
Firearm orders canceled after shipment may be subject to restocking and transfer fees
Denied background checks may incur return and handling fees
Ammunition and accessories may have different return policies
6. Returns
Firearms are non-returnable once transferred. Non-regulated items may be returned per our Return Policy, provided they are unused and in original condition.
7. Pricing & Errors
Prices and availability are subject to change. Frontier Armament reserves the right to correct errors, cancel orders, or limit quantities.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Frontier Armament is not responsible for misuse of firearms or products sold. All firearms should be handled safely and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frontier Armament shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
